Yes, that's the check recommended by "Writing ScrollKeeper OMF Files",
/usr/share/scrollkeeper/doc/writing_scrollkeeper_omf_files/C/writing_scrollkeeper_omf_files.xml
which also discusses testing using scrollkeeper-update.
