Most bugs that actually matter to anyone get noticed pretty quickly, in my

Policy, being finite, has no chance of covering every thing that somemone's
going to pick to disagree with and dislike.

What it really needs is for someone to give a good reason why randomly
deleting config files of installed packages is the best way to go about

their opinions as though the mere fact they hold them should convince
all and sundry that they're correct.
