What about spamassassin? Kde mailing-lists use it and i get no spam from these. OTOH, spamassassin sucks computing power quite badly. But if it is ran conditionaly on non-member postings only, it could be acceptable IMHO.

Also required moderator approval of non-member postings could solve this, but will put burden of filtering mail on back of moderator.
