If amavis has only 'Use Razor::Client 1.20' (as stated in the report)
but does not use /usr/bin/razor-check from the razor package then it
should have really depended on librazor-perl, not on the razor package.

(razor v2 provides librazor2-perl since their modules are Razor2::etc).

razor-1.20 could be repackaged as librazor-perl and without anything
at /usr/bin, if it helps amavis, but the razor developers have said
several times they plan to deprecate razor v1 service, so eventually
everybody should migrate to v2.
