Well, reportbug does have smtp support built in; however, blindly
setting "smtphost bugs.debian.org" does have its problems - namely,
you lose the ability to Cc or Bcc the report, because of relaying
restrictions on bugs.d.o.
But, it does work. If it didn't, I'm sure I'd have 700 duplicate bug
reports complaining about it :-)
