Starvation on waiting for compiling on ARM

Hello,

  I have question conserning buildd, mainly on arm. I'v uploaded package
some time ago (actualy I'v have uploaded two versions one on 2002-06-19
and the second one on 2002-07-24). If you will have a look at buildd page
for aranym package ( http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=aranym ) you
will see that package was compiled on all architecture same day as I'v
uploaded it. Except ARM architecture. Because of no binary package for arm
aranym package can't get into testing.
  My fault maybe was in priority selection ( I'v selected extra, according
my understanding of Debian Policy) e.g. other emulators have priority
optional.
  Please, can anybody give me some proposal for solving this problem.
