Please compile treetool on alpha, arm, hppa, ia64, powerpc and s390

Hello,

unfortunately treetool is non-free because there is neigther a
license nor any upstream author available.  However, several people
showed interest in treetool and so I wan care for this package.

It had a bug on alpha architecture on it which is removed from
the BTS because it was fixed in an i386 upload (see changelog).
Unfortunately it is not compiled for this very architecture:

I copied a binary for sparc to incomming right now but I hope that the
other architectures could be builded soon.  This raises again the need
for a positive list for autobuilders to process packages from non-free.
