I have moved them to 4 subdirectories

- 157 packages in gcc-3.2_specific                       
- 46 packages in common (error occurs also with gcc-2.95)
- 3 packages in s390_specific (e.g. ICE)
- 24 packages in build_dep (if build dep packages are not installable)
