I think so. more distribution is shifting to libpng 1.2.x.
If we really need GTK+2.0 which was built against
libpng2 for now, we can provide it with 'Provides:
libgtk2.0-0' as oldlibs. but it should be done after this
transition because a reason that I didn't do with 'Provides:
libgtk2.0-0' is GTK+2.0 itself has no ABI changes and most
important things is libpng2 and libpng3 can be installed at
the same time. if libgtk2.0-0png3 provided libgtk2.0-0, some
programs depended on libpng2 directly will be broken.
