I don't like the description. 
1) too long 
2) No need to repeat the name of the program 
3) 'Linux Platform' - surely 'Debian Platform' is better, then you won't
have to change it for the other kernels :) 
Seriously though, people will see this description in places such as
aptitude and debian related web pages - the 'Linux Platform' phrase is
really not needed. 
4) Netscape Composer and Microsoft FrontPage
What are these? To find out what your program is, I have to look at what
other programs are? 
Generic terms would be better, e.g. WYSIWYG 
You could then expand on this in the longer description. If you insist
on mentioning other software (quanta+, vim,...), then please highlight
the differences  between those and the GINF system. 

My proposal: 
Package name    : GINF
Description: A GTK+ WYSIWYG website creation program

Long Description:
A 'What you see is what you get' (WYSIWYG) html editor designed for
users who don't know any html code. The Gtk+ interface allows users to
create pages by typing text, clicking buttons and exploring menus.
