libesd0 and libesd0-dev

looking to
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=libesd0&searchon=names&subword=1&version=all&release=all

libesd0 and libesd0-dev unstable version are 0.2.23-3

but 

ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/e/esound/esound_0.2.27-0.0.1.*

exists ...
what happened ?  why they aren't in the Packages.gz ? 
i'm the deb mantainer of fidelio; 
strangely the i386 in which i made the debuild
had libesd0 0.2.27 so now i have an open bug because of unmet dependencies ..
so looking to what the problem was, i fall in this "vertigo".. i still
can't understand why there's a 0.2.27 version in the ftp server but
it's not in the Packages.gz ...
