eximconfig is not Debian-specific. I'm using a RedHat system at
work and I configured Exim with the same eximconfig I found in
To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact email@example.com
