While we are at it, a feature I'd like to see is the ability for user scripts 
to be executed on PCMCIA events.  So for example as a non-root user I could 
specify a script to be run under my UID whenever the Ethernet connection goes 
up or down.

I do not get viruses because I do not use MS software.
If you use Outlook then please do not put my email address in your
address-book so that WHEN you get a virus it won't use my address in the
>From field.
