FHS:
/usr/lib includes object files, libraries, and internal binaries that
are not intended to be executed directly by users or shell scripts.
If gnome-panel-add-launcher is _never_ called directly, it should move
to /usr/lib/<some_package>/, login is noted explicitly in the FHS 3.1.
