If that's what they were asking for it would probably be ok. But I think
they want many things that debian currently puts in places other than
libexec to be moved to libexec *just for the hurd port*. That goes
against the spirit of debian, IMHO. I hope the hurd people will correct
me if I'm wrong, and only *hurd specific* items are considered for
libexec.
