NEW processing is hardly stalled. I have had acpi accepted just last
week, after a bit of a delay. dgen got into the archive in an astounding
3 hours(!) on April 10th, which might be an all-time record. NEW
processing is, as always, slightly uneven, but it's manifestly
happenning about as well as it ever has.
