It's called "wordnet" and it (and tools to use it) are already
packaged for debian (and have been for years.) Oddly, the word
"grammar" does not appear in the description; "current
psycholinguistic theories of human lexical memory" and "nouns, verbs,
adjectives and adverbs" do...
