Because 135371 was about not being able to quit, and you provided a
means to do so and closed it.  I even demonstrated that it works,
above.

This is about /close not being properly documented, which it still is
not, it talks about GUI things rather than quitting, so this is reopened.
Why you want this on -devel, I don't know, but...
