Testing menu support in menu managers

Hello developers,

I rerun my tests[1], and as of today no menu managers has trouble with m4
preprocessing.

/ character in menu titles is not handled well by window managers that use
directory hierarchy, but it cannot be fixed without changing the menu program,
see #136947
