You write 19 lines complaining about impolitenes and too many rights of
bugreporters. But believe me, a bug is a bug is a bug. Many maintainers
use the wishlist status to make uncomfortable bug reports appear less
harmless. I would agree with you and discuss in a sane way if you had
downgraded my report to "minor", but using wishlist is like putting the
issue in a backwater. Wishlist bug reports do not really count as bugs
in common undestanding of the severities.

Changing the permissions is changing of the "state".

That is why I did not report a serious bug. Please consider think before
