Well, i think the tasks should be done based on the results of
popularity-contest, too - last time i checked they were not too good in
my opinion.
For this i'd suggest adding a new task, and a meta-package enforcing the
installation of the detection-utilities before the x-server-package
itself. It's a bit hacky but users should benefit from it.
