It just means that you don't have a GPG key for 'Carl B. Constantine
<duckwing@duckwing.ca>'. You can either make a valid key for that
name/e-mail address, or just ignore the errors. If you are publicly
uploading your packages, you might want them signed, tho. Along with
additional package signing measures. ~,^
