the version of Blitz is pretty old
I have the package for the CVS version with a sane installation, + doc +
examples and configured for g++-3.0.
It seems that the maintainer is not responsive, so may be the package should
be taken over in unstable(I volunteer for that since I use blitz on a daily
basis and I know it pretty well) and NMU the current version in woody to fix
the blas1 issue !
