Many of the non binary-any target build failures were downgraded too.
We have many packages that don't build from source because we had
changes in :
o ncurses including stdbool.h, and adding "bool" definition
o GNOME related include files moving around
o random development libraries being broken
Many GTK+ program which date more than two years would
no longer build, for example.
