I don't think it would hold forever.
If 0.9.7 does not enter testing, 0.9.5 should probably 
be deleted sometime.

That's (almost) how testing should work.

Please read the list again, and check, and 
feel more optimistic.

I only see one serious bug tagged potato,
saying 0.9.7 apparently fixes a security problem
that existed in previous versions of mozilla.
