inactivity, and orphaned packages

Hi,

I don't have the time available at the moment to make any meaningful contributions
to Debian, neither do I have access to any Debian Linux systems, so I've orphaned
the following packages:

    libucl
    libucl-dev
    libpam-pgsql

I'm also the upstream author of libpam-pgsql, but I'm no longer developing on
that either, if anyone wants to hijack it, go ahead (the code is 'orrible and
has security problems in the SQL access, a rewrite is probably a better option).

Since I don't have access to any Debian Linux machines (RedHat/FreeBSD only),
I was not able to upload changed packages with the maintainer set to
Debian-QA.

Anyhow, I'm not leaving the project, just retreating to an even more low-profile
position.

If there are any responses I need to know about, please CC me as I'm not subscribed
to -devel.

Regards,

Leon.
