That's the general problem, but the more interesting thing is: Note that
Lauri talks about woody. Why did the testing scripts let the new tar
package go into testing although the new cpio packaghe didn't make it into
testing (perhaps tar and/or other packages are now installable on
architectures they weren't before - but that's hard to say now that
update_output is no longer present)?
