Did you read the page?

This is a placeholder page installed by the Debian release of the Apache
Web server package, because no home page was installed on this host. You
may want to replace this as soon as possible with your own web pages, of
  course....

This computer has installed the Debian GNU/Linux operating system but
has nothing to do with the Debian GNU/Linux project. If you want to
report something about this hosts behavour or domain, please contact
the ISPs involved directly, not the Debian Project.

That system has no web pages installed on it and appears to be a generic
install of Debian. It has nothing to do with your computer; everyone
connecting to that web site sees the same thing. It has nothing to do
with Debian; that machine just happens to use Debian as the operating
system. You will have to ask the people maintaining that domain why their
server is not set up correctly.
