The maintainer of the package could have fixed the bug instead of cursing at everyone in the entire world. IMHO, if you one of the people
that does not think that you pay for bandwidth [personal internet access not relying on big corporate money cow] then your head is
somewhere where light does not shine. Think about it.

Unfortunatelly, the world still has money and limited bandwith. Maybe if the cached packages were not deleted without asking then perhaps
there would be more bandwidth available for the debian servers.

PS. If you don't pay for you bandwidth, then why don't you make it available for a Debian mirror? :-)
