what happens when libmpeg up's it's soname a couple times. Then under normal
packaging standards the package would be called libmpeg3. I'm not talking
about the actual libraries as I don't know what the library name itself is
called...I'm just refering to package names. Normal Debian packaging suggests
that libmpeg1 and libmpeg3 would be the same program, just different sonames.
Thus a conflict if they are not.
