I suppose you're running the gnome-db-0.1.0 deb package. If so, this version is
incompatible with bonobo > 0.18. You must have exactly bonobo-0.18 installed
to make it work.

If you don't want to downgrade your bonobo package, get gnome-db from CVS
(http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnome-db/download.html).
