Is potato-proposed updates aptable on non-us?

Hi,

With the new gnupg into Potato, I attempted to apt it from
non-us but it failed.  It seems the debs are in
proposed-updates but there is no Packages.gz file present. 
Perhapse I'm looking at the wrong directory or something. 
Would someone mind posting the correct sources.list line
for non-us?  I have:
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US/dists potato-proposed-updates/
deb-src http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US/dists potato-proposed-updates/
