GRASS debian packages (take three)

hi *,

	the third version of the grass debian package is on the way to
www.debian.org/~fog. try it at your own risk. goodies added by yesterday
are nviz2.2 and postgresql support. (for the debian developers, lintian
spits out about 100 errors and warnings, dont worry about them at now...)

	now i am ready to include even more commands and scripts in the
package. but some parts of grass i never needed and so i don't know what
to put in. can someone that uses grass a *lot* send me a list of all
teh contrib packages to be included and tips on how to compile them?

	also, i found the updated html-ized documentation. it will be
included as a separate package. what about the pdf? can them be obtained
from the html documents?
