I've see that error too, no problem on other side during next boot.

Now, I see that no link for kill it in rc6.d neither in rc0.d

To fix it add update-rc.d in postinst.

However, actually there's no problem: a process is running in a mount
point that's only in ram (??? still lack in documentation, sorry)
