ssh and hostname (libc NSS and ipv4)

What changed between libc6_2.1.3-10, libc6_2.1.94-1 and
libc6_2.1.94-3 regarding resolver code??

Problems with libc6_2.1.3-10 was reported in:

These problems were solved by libc6_2.1.94-1:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0009/msg01971.html

and they are back again with libc6_2.1.94-3:
ssh -v localhost: NOT OK!
ssh -v -4 localhost: OK
