i am sorry, missed your ITP for XPenguins... in case u still want to package
it, please see my patch attached. In case u dont have the time, just drop me
a note, my package is finished and debian clean including menu support and
realocating the manpage to xpenguins(6). The patch is hand-verified and
clean, i am using debhelper.
