conflict between libcgi-perl and libcgi-pm-perl



I notice that bugs have already been filed against this problem, but I am
confused about something.  I have two woody machines.  I noticed this
problem on the machine at work because I have gnatsweb installed there.
Last night, just to see if the problem has been fixed, I did a dselect
update and installed libcgi-pm-perl on my machine at home, and it installed
perfectly well.  This morning at work, however, I still get the dreaded

libcgi-perl is installed on both machines.  Anybody know what's going on?
