RFC: Adding dbootstrap's questions to unconfigured.sh also

Hi,

I'd like to have unconfigured.sh check whether the system was installed
using dbootstrap or just unpacked from the base system, and if the latter,
ask for the missing parameters.

Advantage: Installing an nfsroot client is easier, as you do not have to
take these steps by hand.
