tetex is incomplete! waiting for sponsor

Hello. I just submitted a bug on the tetex package, namely that the
'foils' package is missing. The 'foils' package is rather common and
widely used, in the network I administer, for example, lots of people
use it. I truly believe that a complete TeX package should include
foils.

Anyway, 'foils' is packaged by Atsuhito Kohda, but he is looking for a
sponsor so he can add his package to Debian. I think it is of great
importance that someone sponsors him, otherwise Debian 2.2 will ship
with an incomplete TeX system, which is bound to make lots of people
upset when their talks transparencies cease to compile.
