If you can't download the Packages files on a regular basis, try:
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages
http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=links&searchon=names&version=all&release=all
Or run dpkg/apt-cache on one of the Debian machines.
