There is a Netscape 4.73 that one can download from most of the world
that has strong encryption. The Debian package navigator-smotif-473
4.73-19 does not contain it, though. I.e. the "about:" page talks
about "international security" and
<URL:https://www.fortify.net/sslcheck.html> detects 40 bits RC4.

Anyway, there is no upstream fortify that can patch 4.73.
