Packages up for adoption

Hi,

The following packages are up for adoption because I no longer use
them:

  cdcd
  libcdaudio
  pwdb
  rx

If no one offers to adopt these packages within a week or two, I'll
oprhan them by overriding the Maintainer field.

The following packages are up for adoption because I don't have enough
time to maintain them properly:

  memprof
  xloadimage
  xplanet

If no one offers to adopt these, I'll keep them, as I don't want them
removed, just better maintained.

Also, in case it wasn't obvious by now, I rescind my intent to package
bcnu (again, due to lack of free time).
