Happily about this information I hopped upon
/usr/doc/debconf and ! ... found this :

I also upgraded to the latest debconf to make sure I don't miss a document
just because I've an old version installed.
So,it _should_ be there, but me running unstable don't have it there. Hm, any
ideas what I did wrong ?
