Point releases. Where do we want to go today?

Current official stable CD images for slink have still the TeX time bomb.

cdimage.debian.org says:

-!- The problems with the generation of 2.1r5 images are "about" to be
resolved. However, since several things have changed since the
official 'FTP'-release of r5, no r5 CD images will be made; we'll be
   heading for r6 instead.

I hope we will not release potato until we know for sure that point
releases will be done when they are needed. IMHO, if we want people to
use Debian we should care about the stable distribution a little bit more.

Thanks.
