The stuff at the above URL would be a freeciv 1.10, the version one
needs to be able to connect to internet hosted games, compiled for
*stable*.

It will never go into /pub/debian/dists. Unstable already has the
version, and it won't get into stable, as it is no security update.

This is not about testbuilds or such. Testbuilds go into experimental.
