I know these are taken already, but we will become a valuable resource
for new-maintainer applicants when the floodgates reopen shortly.
Maybe we can construct a list of packages on offer to new-maintainers?
I'd certainly be willing to offer several of my simple packages to new
maintainers (along with the not-half-so-simple fvwm!).
