I did not see icecast in the WNPP list, if nobody is working on packaging it, maybe I'll make a package. I have not figured out all the licensing details. Code is GPL, but since it deals with mpegs it may have some stupid copyright restriction I have not checked yet. In short it is a streaming server for serving mp3 files over the internet.
