BTS 'cripples' mail?

Hi,

I'm not sure whether this is a bug in the BTS so I'm posting it here.

I've attached a mail that I received from the BTS in response to my mail to
close a bug. It includes the mail but it's modified: several "=20" and
"=3D" strings. What's going on?

I deleted the (imho) irrelevant parts, the full correspondence is available
at http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/30/30773.html

Hi,

this has been fixed in between:

asterix:~$ grep -n EXPBUG /usr/include/regexp.h
asterix:~$ grep -n "__ch =3D=3D" /usr/include/regexp.h
136:      if (__ch =3D=3D '\0' || __ch =3D=3D '\n')
asterix:~$=20
