That's exactly what Steven said. /bin/kill is in procps. If you did
--force-overwrite when installing bsdutils, than this file "moved" to bsdutils
and was removed from procps .list. In newer versions of bsdutils /bin/kill is
removed and because you didn't upgraded/reinstalled procps /bin/kill is
missing. Just wait on today's dinstall run - new procps is in Incoming.
