BTW, Jason this is a perfect example of not complete upgrade.
Perl-5.005 should be pulled in by libmime-base64-perl or perlmagick
but it isn't. Is this corrected with apt 0.3.14 ?

I experienced the same monday while upgrading another machine from slink
to potato.
